Issue Description

Issue 77 of Amazonia Investiga presents a wide range of articles addressing relevant and contemporary topics across various fields of study. Noteworthy are the studies on sustainability, both in fashion and responsible consumption, as well as the implementation of digital technologies in higher education and the development of competencies in university students. The issue also includes comparative analyses in international contexts, such as excise smuggling between Ukraine and Poland, and the historical roots of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict. The journal further explores the intersection of law and society, analyzing the role of the defense attorney in Ukraine, the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court in that country, and the redefinition of the concept of punishment. The issue concludes with reflections on communicative competence in a multicultural environment and the elimination of ethnic stereotypes in intercultural communication.
