Strategic management of innovative agro-industrial projects
Abstract
This paper deals with the problems of formation of a strategic management system for innovative agro-industrial projects as one of the priority directions for the restoration and sustainable development of regional economic complexes of the depressed republics of the North Caucasus.
This is not accidental, because one of the most effective management methods can be the project management of innovative agro-industrial enterprises, which we believe will enable to increase the volume of food products for the population of the country, and to load agroprocessing enterprises with agricultural raw materials.
