The purpose, task, organization, and stages of the process of physical education in higher education institutions in distance form are disclosed. The most effective methods and techniques in the conditions of distance learning, which change the attitude of students toward their health care, are analyzed. An experimental study of the analysis of the daily motor activity of students of higher education in the conditions of distance learning was carried out.
