Resumo

The purpose of the article is to identify and justify the media functions of fiction and literary criticism in the conditions of transformation of the Russian cultural space. The relevance of the work is due to the need to update the methodological apparatus of the analysis of modern literary text. These issues are most appropriate to study in the context of the problems of literary critical discourse and the editorial policy of literary and artistic journals. The characteristics of the communicative aspects of fiction, a description of the specifics of the publishing activities of modern literary and fiction magazines, and the definition of the role of literary criticism in the process of interpreting fiction allow to propose a new paradigm of analysis of the latest Russian literature, as well as to describe the characteristics that enable it to be included in the structure of the information space. The study is based on an integrated interdisciplinary methodology. The theoretical significance lies in a comprehensive analysis of the functioning of postmodern literature and literary criticism as part of a communicative system. The practical significance of this aspect of the study of literary space consists in the development of a new methodological apparatus of literary criticism, focused on the analysis of Russian postmodern texts. The results of the work consist in the selection and systematization of analytical tools taken from the Western postmodern model, productive for the analysis of Russian texts, if they are combined with the existing practice of literary analysis.
