The challenges of management in a microenterprise and small business - an organizational diagnosis of a company based in the free trade zone of Manaus.
Abstract
The organizational diagnosis is the definition of the reality of the organization. The need for such a procedure is seen from the moment that managers are constantly making decisions, and these decisions are only effectively effective once the reality is known in which the organization is, therefore, only if it is possible to heal problems when they are known (Rosa, 2001). The organizational diagnosis, in this way, allows us this identification to assist in the decision making of the managers. In addition, in the academic field, it is interesting to note that the tools used in this work (such as organizational diagnosis itself, organizational climate research and SWOT analysis) are of use and applicability in all sectors of the economy and can be used including in the public sector to improve its processes in general, adding value to the service and to its final customer who is the citizen. Regarding the methodology employed, the analysis of the organization based in the incentive area was divided into two visions: the external and the internal. In the first, data were collected from society and customers. In the second, the data were collected from the employees and the manager, through two questionnaires: managerial questionnaire; and organizational climate questionnaire. With these two views, we will have a holistic view of the organization, a vision of its entire operation. By directly impacting competitiveness, information that identifies the organization studied and stakeholders (such as social reasons and addresses) has been omitted.
