Building model of management: benefits for TIC projects, physical infrastructure and organizational improvement
Abstract
This article is for reflection, it aims to present a model of management of benefits applicable to projects of investment or organizational improvement, as a new management area projects that interfaces with existing major global recognition highlighting good practices PMI. The management benefits model proposed, allows independent projects of their nature (TIC, physical infrastructure, organizational improvement) have a method that ensures in the first step, its profitability and subsequently, a definition, structuring and development of the benefits to ensure the fulfillment of the promise of the same value and return on investment.
