Production of space, transitions and alternatives: on the contemporary appropriation of land rent

Abstract
From introducing the notion of spatial-territorial as a strategic productive force, that is to say, as one that largely derives from the prevailing social relations of production, the contemporary processes of hoarding / speculation of territorial-space are reviewed, this in the understanding that it is the same process of contemporary appropriation of land rent. The work offers a theoretical discussion supported on data, both of the contemporary process of hoarding / land speculation in the field of rural, as well as in the urban.
