Abstract

The aim of the study is to analyze the substantive and value-oriented guidelines of modern Ukrainian constitutionalism in the post-war period. The relevance of the research is driven by the need to restore and reform Ukraine's legal system in the post-war period. Rebuilding the country requires not only physical reconstruction but also a rethinking and strengthening of the constitutional foundations upon which the state is built. The research methodology includes doctrinal research, comparative analysis, and empirical research methods. The study analyzed the shift in the values of Ukrainian constitutionalism in the post-war period. Key directions for the restoration and development of Ukraine's legal system were identified, including ensuring sovereignty, protecting citizens' rights and freedoms, developing democratic institutions, economic stability, national identity, international cooperation and integration, humanitarian support for war victims, and environmental sustainability. Challenges and opportunities facing Ukrainian society in the context of post-war recovery were analyzed, and measures to strengthen the legal order and democratic values were proposed.
