In the course of the research, the authors have analysed and described the Triad Retrospective Scripting method based on a project-scenario approach. It is on the basis of this technique the practical approbation has been carried out and it has shown that its application makes it possible to significantly reduce the level of negative feedback and to involve the stakeholder groups, who are in opposition to each other otherwise, in collaborative work. The recommendations for minimizing the negative effects of key factors that influence the mediation of stakeholder groups for urban and territorial development have been formulated as part of this study.
